I have to admit, grocery stores is not exactly one of my favorites. If you do not “hear” the sarcasm in his voice can, let me say that I want to do other than shopping. I tried to make the transfer from my husband, but usually at the end of Eating peanut butter and jelly and chips if I do that.

Since I can not avoid grocery shopping, I found some things that make it a pleasant and most importantly a faster process. I would like to bring to my shopping tips with you to express.

1) Make a shopping list and stick to it.
Make a list and stick to it to keep from buying too much waste. Not only encourage you and your family to a new healthy eating lifestyle stick, but it will save money on your grocery bill.

Please use your common sense know that if you remember you forgot to put the diaper on the list, by any means. On the other hand, if you feel the temptation of chocolate cake again, because it is a two-to to sell it, ignore it. You get the idea.

2) eat a snack before you go shopping.
Never shop when you are hungry. They are trying a lot more junk food and ready meals to buy. Also, just a lot more than you really need purchased. Or go shopping right after a meal or snack before leaving. While eating a piece of fruit and a glass of water that does not feel hungry when you’re in the store.

3) Avoid the aisles with the chips, snacks and sweets.
Not be tempted in the aisles of junk food. You are only human and manufacturer of candy and snacks and share a lot of money by making their products as tempting and appealing as possible. The best way to prevent the products in your shopping land, is the speed to jump across.

4) Buy fresh meat and products when possible.
Buy meat and fresh ingredients when possible. You will get the food for your money this way. If there is something you can not find fresh, or simply are not good, go with a frozen version. The only exception is tomatoes, especially if you cook anyway. Tomatoes loose their nutritional value quickly after harvest. If you stick them in tomato sauce or a stew or soup, with tomatoes from the can. You will be immediately after harvest and contain more nutrients than a batch that was in a truck, several days sitting in boxes.

5) Write your grocery list with your supermarket in the head.
It will make your shopping much easier and faster if you keep the layout of your market in mind when writing your shopping list. Think beyond the divisions and the islands by the first and those words on your list. Mentally make your way through the rest of the store to add items to your list of travel add. You avoid the mistakes of a point on the list, if you’re in business.

6) Clean the vegetables and herbs.
Unpack and wash the vegetables and herbs as soon as I entered the shop. Loosely wrap it in paper towel and stick it in a Ziploc bag. Be ready to use when you call your recipes for them.

7) To freeze or not freeze?
Part of your meat to the quantity of each order. Keep what you freeze on the next two days in the refrigerator and use the rest. With ground beef, you might want a party that did not buy the same day, freeze them.

You will see that even the use of these tips, your shopping experience as pleasant and certainly more effective. They spend less time in supermarkets and more time enjoying your family.
